CHATSWORTH, Calif. — New Sensations announced today that it will give away posters and DVD copies of its "Big Lebowski" spoof at this year's Lebowski Fest in Los Angeles.
The annual event, now in its 11th year, takes place March 22 and 23 at the Saban Theater and Fountain Bowl. Information and tickets can be found at LebowskiFest.com.
"'The Big Lebowski' spawned one of the most eccentric and passionate fan bases of any movie produced in the last fifty years," New Sensations President Scott Taylor said. "They were exactly the kind of people we knew would embrace an adult version of the beloved movie.”
EntertainmentWeekly.com recently included the porn parody's trailer on its site as part of a special tribute to the Coen brother's classic on its 15th anniversary.
New Sensations released "The Big Lebowski: A XXX Parody" in 2010 to big sales and critical acclaim. The spoof, which starred Tom Byron as the iconic "Dude," was named Parody Release of the Year at the 2011 XBIZ Awards.
