VALENCIA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films has released the 10th volume of "Lesbian Sex," a benefit video for ailing Girlfriends Films performer and director Elexis Monroe.
Monroe in November was diagnosed by doctors to have an abscess growing in the bones of her face, an infection caused by bad dental work.
She underwent emergency surgery to prevent facial disfigurement and the spread of infection into her bloodstream.The abscess has since been drained, but Monroe must still undergo a series of bone grafting surgeries to repair the damage to her face.
Subtitled "The Elexis Benefit Movie," the 10th volume of "Lesbian Sex" features performances by eight starlets, all of whom donated half of their booking fees to help pay Monroe's medical bills, with Girlfriends Films matching their contributions.
"We are extremely proud of ‘Lesbian Sex: Volume 10’ and all its production helped to accomplish,” Girlfriends Films owner Dan O’Connell said. "When we heard about the severity of Elexis’ infection, we felt the movie presented a unique way to immediately come to her assistance and get as many people involved as possible.
"The plan was always match the money donated by the performers, pay Elexis to help produce the movie, and donate to Elexis’ fund by other means, like our charity program, in order for Elexis to receive money right away.”
"Lesbian Sex: Vol: 10" is now available as a special two-disc set and features performances by Jessie Andrews, Sovereign Syre, Samantha Ryan, Zoey Holloway, Sinn Sage, Elle Alexandra, Lily Cade and Aaliyah Love. Monroe appears throughout the video to introduce the scenes and performers.
