NEW YORK — CineKink, the film festival dedicated to celebrating sex, kink and fetish, has announced it will be offering its Gala Kickoff visitors gift bag treats during the 10th annual festival.
The Gala Kickoff gift bags, offered to the first 100 gala attendees, will feature DVDs showcasing past CineKink award winners, as well as promotional items from Clips4Sale, Reload, ainsley-t/Les Jeux du Marquis, TakeDown Piracy, KinkyMedical.net, the Leather Archives and Museum and more.
The CineKink Gala Kickoff will be held at Taj located at 48 W. 21st St., N.Y.C.
“We’ll be putting on quite a celebration to kick-off our 10th anniversary festivities,” said Lisa Vandever, co-founder and director of CineKink. “We’re referring to it as our ‘Decade of Decadence,’ and looking forward to quite an extravaganza.”
The opening night gala will feature such cinematic offerings as "50 Seconds of 50 Shades," an abridged version of the literary classic, plus an erotic, hand-drawn animation, "Naked Love," and the experimental short work, "Impact."
Scheduled for Feb. 26-March 3, CineKink.com will feature a program of films and videos that celebrate and explore a wide diversity of sexuality. In addition to screenings, plans for the festival also include a short film competition, audience choice awards, a special adult entertainment showcase, and a gala kick-off event, along with retrospective screenings commemorating a decade's worth of kinky programming.
