NakedSword to Launch Home Delivery VOD Service at XBIZ Summer ’06 Forum

SAN FRANCISCO – Gay video-on-demand provider NakedSword will debut its new Home Delivery service at the XBIZ Summer ’06 Forum, slated for July 12-14 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

The NakedSword Home Delivery service delivers rights to five top-ranked scenes from major studios to subscriber inboxes each Friday. The service will be officially activated on July 21, but at the XBIZ Summer ’06 Forum, NakedSword.com and Falcon, the service’s principal content provider, will introduce select affiliates to Home Delivery with a special preview party in the Hard Rock's Bachelor Suite.

Special appearances by Falcon exclusives Matthew Rush and Roman Heart have been scheduled, Holly Ruprecht, director of affiliates for NakedSword, announced.

Ruprecht says the new service is designed for affiliates that have been looking for ways to promote high-level studio content, as well as a chance for the studios to market their content directly to affiliates.

Home Delivery comes with custom designed mailers and banners. For the price of one pay-per-minute movie, subscribers get access to 20 scenes a month.

“Home Delivery offers easy upsells and is great way to introduce price-wary customers to the ease and quality of NakedSword,” NakedSword President Tim Valenti said.

NakedSword plans to release additional versions of the affiliate product with new content providers at the Summer Internext Show in Florida.
