Tranny Strip, Sandy Michelle to Sponsor Personality Category at Tranny Awards

BURBANK, Calif. — New York City promoters Tranny Strip and Sandy Michelle have teamed up to sponsor the Best Internet Personality category at the upcoming Fifth Annual Tranny Awards, which also comes with a $250 cash prize.

The promoters said they are excited to get more involved with the Tranny Awards this year and become a sponsor.

"John Ed is in the midst of planning the biggest Tranny Awards celebration party ever,” they said. “The theme this year is Hung Angels and Shemale Devils and we can’t wait to see sexy TS girls all dressed up to theme. Los Angeles will get to meet the NYC amazing staff that works every week with John Ed and Sandy Michelle at both events. We plan on giving you a dose of the Big Apple in L.A."

The official Tranny Awards celebration party will be on Monday, Feb. 18 at Dragonfly Bar in Hollywood, Calif. Guests will be able to meet Tranny Awards winners and nominees, enjoy the music of DJ Chelsea Malone and DJ MK, mingle with TS dancers.

"I think it was very fitting to have Tranny Strip and Sandy Michelle sponsoring the Best Internet Personality Award because their NYC parties always have such a great theatrical and fun style," Grooby Productions owner Steven Grooby said. “Tranny Strip did such a great job with our after party last year, we’ve asked them to host our official Tranny Awards celebration again and can’t wait to see what’s in store for our guests."

The Fifth Annual Tranny Awards celebrates the accomplishments of the performers, directors, and studios in the TS porn industry.

It will be held at Beyond the Stars Palace in Glendale, Calif. on Feb. 17 and hosted by Rupaul’s Drag Race contestant Jujubee.
