PARIS — European powerhouse studio Marc Dorcel chalked up four wins at the XBIZ Awards.
The company said that once again the “French touch” stood out, pointing to its award for Best European Studio for the third consecutive year.
“The XBIZ awards each year distinguish the key players of the industry in front of a high level audience. We are happy that our productions and our high quality know how are recognized by such a jury. We are also very proud to receive such recognitions,” CEO Gregory Dorcel said.
Dorcel also took home the prizes for European Feature Release of the Year and Parody Relase of the Year for “Inglorious Bitches,” by Max Candy (Marc Dorcel/Wicked Pictures).
Candy was also honored with the trophy for European Director of the Year.
The studio said the XBIZ awards reaffirm its status as the most awarded European studio.
