MARINA DEL REY, Calif. — James Deen earned three accolades at the 2013 XBIZ awards.
He received his second Male Performer of the Year award from XBIZ and added Crossover Star of the Year to his mantel.
Additionally, the James Deen Signature Collection from Doc Johnson was named Star Branded Pleasure Product of the Year.
“I'm honored to receive a second award as Male Performer of the Year from XBIZ,” Deen said. “It's a good feeling to have all the effort I expended this year recognized by the XBIZ voters."
Deen's Signature Collection from Doc Johnson features a variety of items, including silicone cock rings in black or blue, a penis pump, and two insertables, molded from Deen himself: a version made from Doc Johnson's trademarked realistic material, a silicone model with a built-in vibrator and more.
"I'm excited about the line of signature toys and happy XBIZ has given their stamp of approval. It appears they really like my penis in both real and plastic forms," Deen said. "This is just the beginning, as there is more to come."
Along with shooting opposite of Lindsay Lohan in Paul Schrader’s “The Canyons,” Deen was featured in mainstream publications and websites, including GQ, Hollywood Reporter, US Magazine, New York Times, CNN.com and CNBC.com.
In February 2012, ABC Nightline aired the feature “Porn’s Boy Next Door,” which discussed Deen’s popularity with young women and he was also interviewed on pop culture websites XOJane.com and Jezebel.com.
