LOS ANGELES — XBIZ is pleased to announce that public voting in select categories begins today for the biggest industry awards show of the year, the 2013 XBIZ Awards, presented by Fleshlight, scheduled for Jan. 11 in Los Angeles.
XBIZ is allowing the public — both within and outside the industry — to cast its votes in select Performer, Pleasure Products and Adult Site categories. Public votes will be accepted through midnight this Sunday, Dec. 9.
The Performer categories are: Female Performer of the Year, Male Performer of the Year, Best New Starlet, Foreign Female Performer of the Year, Foreign Female Performer of the Year and MILF Performer of the Year.
The Pleasure Products categories are: Luxury Toy/Line of the Year, Powered Pleasure Product of the Year, Non-Powered Pleasure Product of the Year, Couples Pleasure Product of the Year and Male Pleasure Product of the Year.
The Adult Site are: Adult Site of the Year, Live Cam Site of the Year, Dating Site of the Year, VOD Site/Service of the Year, Studio Site of the Year, Performer Site of the Year, Web Star Site of the Year, Photography Site of the Year, Glamcore Site of the Year, Fan Portal of the Year and Specialty Site of the Year.
The annual red carpet ceremony will honor top achievements across every segment of the industry during the past year. With an expanded list of more than 160 award categories, the 2013 finalist nominees list represents the most expansive array of categories in the history of the XBIZ Awards.
Adult film superstar Tera Patrick will host adult entertainment’s grandest gala of the year, while Jessica Drake and Kirsten Price will welcome guests as the official red carpet hosts. Nikki Benz will host the backstage winner’s circle, while another pair of gorgeous performers will be named the official trophy girls in the coming weeks.
The most vibrant personalities and brightest stars in the world of adult entertainment have made the XBIZ Awards the most prestigious symbol of industry success. The annual event attracts A-list movers and shakers of the multibillion-dollar adult entertainment industry, generating buzz throughout the business and media.
This year’s gala will culminate an unprecedented series of six grand-slam industry events, dubbed XBIZ 360°, which gets underway on Jan. 9 in L.A.
