Retired Porn Star Jill Kelly Gets the Call From Vivid

LOS ANGELES — It was only a matter of time before retired porn star Jill Kelly would get the call.

After all, her name for weeks has been at Ground Zero surrounding the sex scandal involving CIA chief David Petraeus.

Kelly, of course, shares the name of Jill Kelley, the whistleblower in the Petraeus sex scandal.

Over the weekend, Vivid Entertainment's Steven Hirsch offered Kelly a deal to host a military-themed porn marathon that will air in January on VividTV.

The marathon will feature 10 videos from the Vivid vault, and Hirsch has asked for her support as host.

"Based on comments were hearing from our many fans in the military and seizing on the tremendous exposure that current events bring to your name, we'd like to formally invite you to host our 'Vivid TV Military Marathon,'" Hirsch said in a letter to Kelly.

Hirsch went on to say that some of its 2,000 films in its library feature some of the  most iconic porn stars "to ever put on (and take off) the uniform."

The Vivid co-founder also said that other performers will take part in the marathon, including scheduled appearances by Christy Canyon, Jenna Jameson, Savanna Samson, Allie Haze and others.

Kelly became an adult superstar in the 1990s, starting her own company, Jill Kelly Productions in 1998. Penthouse operators in 2005 paid $1.765 million to acquire the studio's assets at bankruptcy auction in a deal  t that included the entire JKP back catalog and about 60 unreleased features.

Kelly, now retired from porn, currently lives in Las Vegas and occasionally does cam shows.

Kelley, the Tampa Bay, Fla., socialite and Patraeus whistleblower, was revealed as the woman receiving harassing emails from biographer Paula Broadwell, who was reported to have an affair with the CIA chief.
