The deal calls for Sanders, who has appeared in more than 1,500 films in a career spanning two decades, to release one movie per month for XCartel, a new but growing distribution house and content company.
According to XCartel Head of Production Adam Jay, signing a talent like Sanders gives the company greater cache.
“The great thing about Alex’s movies is that they push the envelope,” Jay told XBIZ. “With Alex onboard, our lines run the gamut from sweet and sexy, to extreme, to everything in between. He’s a nice bookend to what we have.”
XCartel co-owner Roy Karch expressed his excitement at working with Sanders.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to have Alex Sanders releasing his own movies through XCartel,” Karch said. “He’s a major star and an extraordinary talent and we’re lucky to have him on board.”
Sanders will release films under his Blacksheep Entertainment banner, beginning with an extreme blowjob line titled “Fuck My Skull.” The inaugural film stars Mika Tan, Rachel Luv, Nikki Nievez, Desire Moore, Luscious Lopez and Phyllisha Anne, among others.
“Wait until you see this movie,” XCartel co-owner Alex Ladd said. “These girls’ throats are getting worked. I have to admit, there were a couple of times where even I had to look away.”
Sanders will follow “Fuck My Skull” with “Tappin’ That Ass,” an anal-themed line.
With two lines already in development, Sanders expressed his thoughts on the deal.
“I’m extremely proud of the movies I’m making and the guys at XCartel have that same pride of ownership, regardless of who actually holds the copyright,” Sanders said. “To be in on the ground floor of a quality distributorship is really exciting. I’m honored to be a part of their expansion.”
XCartel released its first title in March and recently added a tranny line, “The Bitch Got Balls.”
“Fuck My Skull” will be available July 31.
