LAS VEGAS — Reigning Miss Nevada USA Jade Kelsall will not be stripped of her crown for posing with porn star Ron Jeremy in a sexually suggestive photograph posted on her FaceBook.
The picture, posted on Thursday but since removed, showed Kelsall simulating oral sex on the veteran adult superstar, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
"The Miss Nevada USA organization stands behind Jade Kelsall 100 percent and has no intentions of removing her crown," pageant official Shana Moakler told FOX411.
"There is no photo considered salacious or scandalous to our knowledge, and we are saddened to see a poor attempt to berate a young woman who has represented her state so proudly."
Kelsall, a former model and Vegas cocktail waitress from New Jersey, was third runner-up at Miss USA 2012. The 26-year-old recently auditioned to compete in producer Gordon Ramsay's reality show "Master Chef."
