Vantage Inks Distro Deal With Manville Productions

VAN NUYS, Calif. — Vantage Distribution announced today a distribution deal with gay studio Manville Entertainment.

The company said Manville will provide consumers with high-end, all-male releases and will focus on feature parodies.

Manville's  inaugural release, ‘Batman & Robin: A XXX All-Male Parody,’ is set for an early-November release and is described as a send-up of the classic, kitschy 1960’s TV show.

The studio also plans follow-up titles within the comic book/superhero genre including “Green Lantern,” already in the works. Rumor has it that “Iron Man,” “Superman” and “Aquaman” titles may also be forthcoming in 2013.

“We’re really thrilled to be partnering with Vantage for distribution of our studio’s titles.  Manville will be bringing a high-quality product to the marketplace that I believe fans will embrace not only for the high-end production values, but for the different take that we’ll be offering on the superhero parody genre,” Manville studio representative Austin said.

“We’re extremely excited about this business venture with Manville Entertainment. This studio is really going to blow the industry away with feature films that have been absent from the gay genre lately,” Vantage vice president Adam Hasner said.

He added, “What comic book fan hasn’t heard the joke about Batman and Robin being gay lovers? The double entendres between the pair will provide some strong comedic moments, followed by some super-strength hardcore sex.”
