Industry Attorney Silverstein Expands Practice Into Arizona

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich. — Adult industry attorney Corey D. Silverstein has expanded his practice into the state of Arizona. 

Last month, the Arizona Supreme Court granted admission for the practice of law to Silverstein to practice law in Arizona. Silverstein already is licensed in the state of Michigan and Washington, D.C. 

“The state of Arizona has long been home to many individuals and businesses in the adult industry, and I am excited to be able to provide legal services to my existing Arizona clients and future Arizona clients in their own backyards,” Silverstein said.  “I am looking forward to an increased role in the Arizona legal community.”

Headquartered in Detroit suburb Bingham Farms, Mich., the Law Offices of Corey D. Silverstein, P.C., also is planning further expansion in the coming months.

Silverstein's practice focuses on representing all areas of the adult industry, including 18 U.S.C. §2257 filings, domestic and international incorporation and defending against DMCA complaints, obscenity laws and copyright claims, among others.

Some of his clientele includes hosting companies, affiliate programs, content producers, processing companies, website owners and performers.

Silverstein, who operates MyAdultAttorney.com, regularly speaks adult industry tradeshows and is a member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association.
