SAN FRANCISCO — "I Want Your Love," a gay relationship drama produced by gay VOD provider Nakedsword.com, is set to screen tonight at the Vancouver Queer Film Festival.
"I Want Your Love" stars Jesse Metzger as a broke twenty-something hipster who spends one last night with friends and lovers in San Francisco before moving back home to Ohio. The film includes real sex scenes.
The long-delayed project marks documentary filmmaker Travis Mathews' narative debut and is co-produced by Jack Shamama, production manager for NakedSword and editor for GayPornBlog.com.
"I met Jack Shamama at NakedSword at a perfect moment when they were looking for erotic content that was an alternative to porn," Mathews told TheFilmExperience.com. "I had just finished the first draft of the 'I Want Your Love' script. Things fell into place rather quickly in terms of our partnership."
