Tanya Tate Directs 'Runaways' for Filly Films

CHATSWORTH, Calif. — Fillly Films, the lesbian imprint of gonzo studio Combat Zone, has set an Aug. 20 release date for "Tanya Tate's Runaways," an all-girl feature directed by and starring the popular British MILF.

"Runaways" finds Tate running a home for troubled teens with her daughter, played by newcomer Heather Starlet. Together they engage the girls in acts of depravity while coming dangerously close to crossing mother/daughter boundaries.

''Tanya Tate's Runaways' is full of dark passion," Tate said. "The sex is intense, aggressively fueled by lust. There are some sinister overtones to my character; I'm a very controlling mommy as the girls and my 'daughter' find out."

Costarring with Tate and Starlet are Brooklyn Lee, Sasha Heart, Cindy Starfall, Monica Rise and Nina James. A hardcore trailer for the film can be seen at FillyFilms.com.

Filly Films owner Dion expressed excitement over Tate's newest directorial effort and said he hoped to collaborate with her on future projects.

"She gives the people what they want," Dion said. "If they ask for something taboo, Tanya is not going to judge them. She's going to put her spin on it and do whatever it takes to give pleasure to her audience and performers. Tanya keeps it classy and always professional. She has a great passion for what she does and that's exciting to see.'
