Mania Media Secures Majority Stake in Bear Entertainment Distributing

MONTREAL — Mania Media, owner of MyGayCash and operator of UKNakedMenCash along with EurocremeCash, announced today that it has acquired a majority postion in Bear Entertainment Distributing, Inc. (BED).

The new partnership and acquisition adds affiliate program Woof Cash which hosts Bearfilms.com and HairyandRaw.com to the Mania network.

“Bear Entertainment Distributing and Mania Media have always enjoyed a nice business relationship. We knew one day we would form a team to work together in creating a large gay adult entertainment company," Roger McMan, managing partner at Mania Media said.

He added, "We have done it and we are ready to roll. We are especially pleased to keep Mike as a shareholder and a management team member. The existing team will remain in place; consequently members, models, affiliates and partners will benefit from this association by being part of a larger network,''

"Mania Media is an excellent organization to team up with. They have well established affiliate programs and an outstanding reputation in the market. Their program offers all what is needed to bring to market our prize winning content. Woof Cash, Bear Films and Hairy and Raw will be added their network over the next week,” Mike Mason, BED managing partner said.

Both sites will benefit from a new design and many new features in the next few weeks that include weekly updates and webmaster promotional marketing tools comprised of RSS feeds, hosted galleries, banners, hosted blogs, blog entries, free content, embed videos, and more.
