EdenFantasys Celebrates 10th Anniversary

NEW YORK — This July, online retailer EdenFantasys.com marks its 10th anniversary by launching a month of celebratory activities.

The online retail powerhouse and EdenFantasys founder Fred Petrenko are featured in a company profile and Q&A in July’s annual Novelty Issue of XBIZ Premiere.

EdenFantasys was founded in July of 2002, and has since exploded into the sexual wellness industry as a major online retailer and social hub of information, sex-positivity and personal empowerment with a social community, consumer product review program, and an extensive catalog of product and related data.

Launched in 2004, the EdenCommunity offers users several ways to connect to each other, the company and the industry. By June of 2012, members had generated more than 50,000 detailed product reviews and 1,000,000 forum posts, the company reports.

According to EdenFantasys, its achievements have positively impacted its bottom line, helping the company reach over $11 million in sales for 2011. This year, the company says it is seeing an even stronger growth rate.

“Even though our numbers are modest by any standard, I feel that our advances validate the strategic choices we made at the start of our business: honesty and transparency, high service levels, and focus,” Petrenko said.

As part of its 10 Sexy Years anniversary celebration, EdenFantasys has launched a month of activities, promotions, parties and fun across the site. The major event — the Eden Community Reunion Party, will be held on July 26. Past, present, and new members of the EdenCommunity are invited to join as Eden staffers lead a number of interactive activities, and offer luxury prizes from leading manufacturers, such as LELO, JOPEN, Fun Factory, Doc Johnson, and Je Joue.

Beginning July 11, company will be hosting an on-site interview with Fred Petrenko, where everyone is welcome to ask their questions directly on Eden’s open interview platform.

“EdenFantasys would like to thank everyone who has been with us all these years, and who helped us to find our niche,” the company says. “It’s been an exciting ride and we are looking forward to the future that we will help to shape!”
