As “Britney Rears 2: I Wanna Get Laid” holds strong on sales charts, “Britney Rears 3” wrapped shooting on a Lo Angeles soundstage this week.
Producer Jeff Mullen said Hustler Video decided to commit more money to the movie, co-produced by Mullen’s X-Play, based on the performance of “Britney 2.”
“We decided to shake a good thing up, and since the entire Britney Rears lineup has been a big home-run, we felt that the third installment should be surprising, spectacular and truly unbelievable,” Mullen said.
But the biggest difference between this installment and the first two will be the face on the box cover. Rears will now be played by Hillary Scott, recent winner of the XRCO Best New Starlet award and star of such titles as “Gag Factor 17,” “White Trash Whore 33” and “Gutter Mouths 31.”
In “Britney 3,” pop princess Britney Rears buys a time machine from eBay and blasts herself and girlfriend Jasmine Byrne back to 1974 and onto the TV soundstage where the taping of a Top 40 music and dance show called “Shafted” is being filmed. The movie also features Naomi, Alana Evans, Jenna Presley and Tommy Gunn.
