LOS ANGELES — Burlesque star Dita Von Teese is a big fan of adult films and would like to direct a porn movie.
She’s also a big fan of Sasha Grey, whom she'd like to feature in her project that she wants to be "really dirty."
According to Contactmusic.com, Von Teese told Hustler Magazine about her porn aspitations and just how her film would be produced.
Unlike a number of female directors who’ve recently made their mark in adult with “girl-friendly” films, Von Teese’s druthers would be to make old school porn.
"I don't want my porn too geared toward women. I want it really dirty,” Von Teese said.
The 39 year-old stripper and model said she likes Grey and looks for her movies "because she's got it all." "She's beautiful and not trying to look like the cliche porn star," she said.
Von Teese kicked off her new two-year national tour — "Strip, Strip, Hooray" — in May in Los Angeles.
She said at that time that her show will include nudity to keep true to the art’s “racy history.”
"I like the challenge of changing people’s minds about nudity, about changing people’s minds about what it means to be a stripper. That is my entire goal. I like the word ‘stripper.’ I don’t get offended by people calling me that. I just want them to go, ‘Oh, I didn’t know that that is what a striptease could be,’” Von Teese said.
