LOS ANGELES — OGEE Studios, the start-up production house founded by Assence Films proprietor Mike Kulich, announced that it is now in pre-production on their second parody, "Little Rascals XXX."

"This movie is going to a big deal and we are really looking forward to its release," Kulich Said. "I don't think people are ready to see Alfalfa and Buckwheat DPing Darla in the clubhouse, but it's coming."

OGEE Studios made their first foray into the parody market earlier this year with the Rush Limbaugh spoof "Vote Rush," starring veteran performer Dick Nasty as the right-wing radio personality. The send-up's success inspired Kulich to pursue his dream project.

"The success and reception of 'Vote For Rush' was overwhelming," he said. "['Little Rascals XXX'] is a movie I have wanted to make since the whole parody genre really kicked into high gear a few years back."

"Little Rascals XXX" is slated for release in September. OGEE Studios is distributed by Exile Distribution.
