CHICAGO — The 2012 Grabby Erotic Video Awards were handed out over the weekend in Chicago.
The awards program honors the best in gay porn and was co-hosted by Chi Chi LaRue and Honey West, with Adam Killian, Tom Wolfe and Austin Andrews.
Among the highlights, Lucas Entertainment‘s "Assassin" earned Best Movie, a first for the company in the category, as well as Best Screenplay for Marc MacNamara, Best Videography for mr. Pam and Best Director, shared by MacNamara, Pam and Michael Lucas.
Raging Stallion Studios and Falcon Studios took home seven awards. Director and former performer, Steve Cruz, who had previously won Best Newcomer and Performer of the Year honors at the Grabbys took home the coveted Wall of Fame Award for his overall achievements in gay adult video. The Performer of the Year trophy was bestowed on current exclusive and Falcon Man of the Year, Landon Conrad. Tom Wolfe, Raging Stallion exclusive, was awarded the prize in the new category Manly Man, and Andrew Jakk won Best Newcomer.
The awards show has historically been presented in during Memorial Day weekend in conjunction with the International Mister Leather Contest.
