Sex Tape Broker Kevin Blatt's 'Bachelor' Lawsuit Dismissed

LOS ANGELES — The 2010 lawsuit filed against sex tape broker Kevin Blatt by former "The Bachelor" reality TV star Rozyln Papa has been dropped.

Blatt confirmed to XBIZ that he is awaiting the final paperwork and said he is “Happy to put it behind me.”

No further details were available.

The suit stemmed from allegations that Papa was the lead actress in Lexington Steele’s “Pole Posion: Lex POV” film that were later disputed by the media and Steele himself.

In April 2010, Blatt was sued along with mainstream media outlet TMZ and adult sites JuggCash.com, Brazzers.com and a number of other porn sites.

At that time, Papa sought $6 million in damages from all of the litigants for lost income, invasion of privacy, lost reputation and mental anguish.

She also wanted a share of any profits from the video's sale.

At post time, Blatt couldn't comment on whether the entire suit had been dropped.
