RESEDA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films is nominated for three awards at the 2012 TLA Raw Awards, including Studio of the Year.
The awards are hosted online by adult site, TLARaw.com.
“We are thankful for the nominations by TLA Raw’s knowledgeable staff,” Girlfriends Films Vice President Moose said. “As a retail site, it’s their job to sift through the countless movies available and recommend only the best to their consumers. To be considered one of the best in the industry is an honor.”
Decided by fans, the voting period ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31 and winners will be announced April 15.
In addition to the Studio of the Year honor, which Girlfriends Films received earlier in the year by review site XCritic.com, the lesbian film company is also nominated for Best Porn Movie (“Poor Little Shyla”) and Best International Porn (“Prague”).
