The Tranny Awards Moves to Hollywood, Calif.

BURBANK, Calif. — The 4th Annual Tranny Awards have moved again — this time to Joseph's Cafe' in Hollywood, Calif. on Feb. 19.

Earlier this month, the event announced a move to a larger venue to accommodate a growing audience that apparently was not the right fit.

“The awards mean a lot to me and I can’t have the event at a place that doesn’t want us and places too many restrictions on our night,” said Steven Grooby of Grooby Productions.

He added, “Robert from Joseph’s has bent over backwards to make the evening special and the whole venue is ours all night. The evening should be a smashing success and perhaps the best show we’ve thrown — it’s our fourth show and four is definitely the charm.”

The red carpet will be at 8:30 p.m., and the awards will start at 10 p.m. The festivities will run until 2 a.m.

The MC/Host will be Nicole Paige Brooks from Season 2 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” Domino Presley will be working the red carpet and doing live interviews and DJ Chelsea Malone from NYC Tranny Strip will be spinning all night.

There will be a photo booth, bartenders on hand, valet parking and a VIP area for sponsors.

Joseph’s Café is located at 1775 North Ivar in Hollywood.

Tickets can be purchased at the door for $30, or bought online for $20.

Special Award Sponsors include Cam4, AEBN, Eros.com, Tranny Box, Shemale Strokers, Kink, Joanna Jet, Third World Media and Simply Blown.
