Assence Films Inks Deal with Exile Distribution

LOS ANGELES — Assence Films, a newly launched production company, has announced it will begin releasing its titles exclusively through Exile Distribution.

Assence is slated to release four new titles in February.

"Exile is very particular on who we sign with, and when we saw their product, we knew it would be a perfect fit," said Howard Levine, director of sales from Exile Distribution.

Assence Films CEO Mike Kulich said, "I've worked with Howard for the past five years, and I have the utmost confidence with him handling our distribution."

The first four titles coming out in February include: "Anal Artists" starring Sasha Grey in one of her last scenes along with Missy Stone, "The Office Assistant" starring Mya Diamond and Claudia Rossi, "Double Teamed Double Creamed" starring Sabrina Rose and Sasha Knox, and "The Fuck-Book Diaries" starring Amber Rayne and Ashley Jordan.

Kulich launched Monarchy Distribution and Assence Films after seven years of sales in the adult industry. He said his goal with these companies is to try and bridge the gap between the Internet studios and DVD studios.

Kulich created a new line of original productions, starting with Assence Films a few months ago, and has many other new titles in the works for 2012.

As part of its rollout, Assence Films and Monarchy have retained the services of Galaxy Publicity to fulfill their public relations needs.

"Galaxy is one of the most respected publicity companies in the adult industry, and we are looking forward to working with them," Kulich remarked.

"We're excited about working with Monarchy Distribution and Assence Films," said Galaxy owner James Bartholet. "We believe in their company, and the product they will be putting out, and we're sure the consumers will enjoy these DVD's, and come back to get more."

Kulich said one of his primary goals is worldwide branding. "I want to produce a product that people can pay $20-30 for and feel like they got their money's worth," he added.
