AMK Empire’s ‘Furry Coeds’ Becomes Studio's Bestseller

TARZANA, Calif. — AMK Empire and Exile Distribution reported that AMK’s “Furry Coeds” has sold out its first DVD pressing and now enters a second run to meet the demand from retailers and distributors.

The title follows on the heels of the fast-moving releases “Coed Debutantes” and “Full Bush Amateurs" from AMK Empire. So far it is the studio's bestselling movie.

“Our deal with Exile Distribution is paying off in a big way, establishing our brand in the marketplace and generating phenomenal sales,” said Kim Nielsen, founder and CEO of AMK Empire. “At AMK Empire, we produce a vast amount of high quality, amateur, girl-next-door content with an emphasis on newcomers in both the hairy and shaved niches. We’re looking to the future with great enthusiasm based on the performance of our initial releases.”

“I am so excited because I was able to put the team together to make this happen, and it looks like it is going to be bigger than any of us imagined,” added AMK Empire’s Melissa Campos.

Released in November, “Furry Coeds” was among the first AMK Empire releases to hit the streets through Exile’s distribution network.

“When we signed AMK, Jerry and I were very excited,” said Howard Levine, director of sales for Exile Distribution. “We knew they were an exceptional company with exceptional product. Melissa Campos worked very hard to expand their distribution. Her vision was to create a new line, as well as their big release title, ‘Revenge of the Petites.’ She talked with several companies before choosing Exile Distribution.”

Levine continued, “Since the very first release the interest has been extremely high, and the sales have been brisk. With ‘Furry Coeds’ and ‘Full Bush Amateurs #1,’ the re-orders were immediate and both titles sold out their initial pressings. Both movies have been re-ordered and will be back in stock next week.”

This week, Exile is shipping AMK’s “Full Bush Amateurs #2,” and according to Levine, distributors have doubled their initial orders. “I want to thank all the distributors for their support,” he said. “They have a great product to sell to their retailers, and the retailers have happy customers. AMK Empire gives the customer more bang for their buck. Each title runs over three hours with 10 to 13 scenes. These are real girls that love sex; that is the appeal.”
