Grooby Productions BitTorrent Suit Targets 939 Defendants

LOS ANGELES — In the past seven days, only three porn BitTorrent suit were filed in federal courts around the country.

But the largest of the three, one filed at federal court in Washington, names 939 defendants.

That suit, waged by Grooby Productions, alleged the 939 defendants poached and traded the transgender porn film "Shemale Yum — Jenna Comes A'Knocking!"

The complaint said that each of the defendants' alleged infringement took place in Washington.

Grooby Productions markets "Shemale Yum" movies as part of its ShemaleYum.com.

Two other suits were filed in the past seven days.

Those suits, each against single defendants, were brought on by AF Holdings, which distributes the "Amateur Allure" series.
