BURBANK, Calif. — The 4th Annual Tranny Awards hosted by Grooby are slated to take place on Feb. 19 at the El Cid nightclub in Silver Lake.
Show organizers said the doors and red carpet will begin at 9 p.m. with the actual show starting at 10:30 p.m.
Nominations will open on Dec. 12 and voting is fan and industry-based.
“This is the only award show that specializes in our industry niche,” said Steven Grooby of Grooby Productions.
He added, “We've grown each year, but with this location we're expecting it to be our largest event yet. We will have news about new categories, host and entertainers in the coming weeks.”
The producers said the top transsexual companies in the industry will be sponsoring the event.
