MIAMI — Pleasure Dynasty and Sensuous Diamond’s “Taxi Driver: A XXX Parody” has received six nominations for the 2012 XBIZ Awards.
The debut title from Pleasure Dynasty’s parody platform is up for Parody Release of the Year — Drama, Best Cinematography and Director of the Year — Individual Project.
The cast also received nominations for Acting Performance of the Year — Male, Supporting Acting Performance of the Year — Female and Non-Sex Acting Performance of the Year.
“Pleasure Dynasty relies on an intricate and experienced network to create, produce and distribute high quality adult films,” Pleasure Dynasty’s owner Carlos Cavero said.
“‘Taxi Driver' is the first feature parody release from our studio and the only film eligible for the 2012 XBIZ Awards. To receive six XBIZ nominations for our first feature parody is an honor. Pleasure Dynasty created “Taxi Driver XXX” in collaboration with Sensuous Diamond.
The 2012 XBIZ Awards show, presented by MyFreeCams.com, is scheduled to take place Jan. 10.
