HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Actress Amanda Seyfried is slated to play the role of Linda Lovelace in the legendary adult star’s biopic “Lovelace.”

According to reports, Seyfried, who is currently starring in sci-fi thriller “In Time,” will join Peter Sarsgaard who is in talks to play Lovelace's controversial husband Chuck Traynor.

The script is based Eric Danville’s bio, “The Complete Linda Lovelace,” that was published in 2001, a year before Lovelace died.

Shooting on the film will begin in January.

Another Lovelace film — “Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story,” — from Muse Productions that would star Malin Akerman and Matt Dillon is also under way, according to reports.
