Skydiving Sex Stars Won't Be Charged

LOS ANGELESPorn star Voodoo and his female partner Hope Howell will not be prosecuted for a skydiving stunt last month in which they video-taped themselves having sex during a tandem jump.

Voodoo, a part-time instructor whose real name is Alex Torres, posted a video of the stunt which shows him having sex with the skydiving company's receptionist Hope Howell after jumping out of a plane in Kern County.

The FAA concluded no federal regulations were broken, after it launched an investigation into the stunt, according to a KTLA report.

The video, which garnered national media coverage, shows the two having sex in a seat next to the pilot, before they jump out of the aircraft and continue the act mid-air. No criminal charges will be filed because it was consensual sex between two adults, police said.

No witnesses had reported the stunt the early-morning stunt and public nudity charges also do not apply, officials said.

Torres has since been fired from his job, and the company's owner has not yet made a decision about Howell's future, according to the report.

"This shouldn't have happened. And it won't ever happen again, that's for sure," Skydive Taft owner Dave Crouch told KTLA.
