SAN FRANCISCO — Videobox announced plans today to launch its Videobox Mobile website on Nov. 9 that will feature the company's library of DVDs and user-generated content.
The company said it is confident that the new offering will satisfy its customer’s need for access to their stash or favorites anywhere.
An updated user interface has been tested on both Android and iPhone browsers along with improved video quality for both WiFi and 3G networks.
Current and new customers will get access to both Videobox.com and the new mobile site for the same monthly rate.
A formal launch party will be held at the Videobox headquarters in San Francisco on Nov. 9 at 4 p.m.
Videobox's MeatBeat said, “I’m gunna need a bigger phone. The content I have on the go with this thing is sick."
