Dreamzone Creates 'Honeymoaners,' 'Mork & Mindy' Retail Poster

LOS ANGELES — Dreamzone Entertainment is rolling out a special double-sided poster to help retailers promote two of the studio’s upcoming adult comedies, "The Honeymoaners" and "Mork & Mindy: A DreamZone Parody."

Both parodies have already received wide exposure on mainstream websites such as ScreenJunkies.com, Break.com, and Examiner.com. The posters feature the box art for both movies.

“More than one generation of adult consumers grew up on ‘The Honeymooners’ and ‘Mork and Mindy’, so there’s a huge market for these X-rated parodies,” said Adam Hasner, Dreamzone VP. “The combination of sex, humor, and nostalgia gives them a really irresistible appeal. Lee Roy Myers and Lizzy Borden each did an amazing job re-creating the look and feel of these iconic TV shows.

"There’s an instant recognition factor at work…with one glance at this poster, your retail customer is going to stop, look, and purchase! 'The Honeymoaners' has been generating incredible word of mouth, especially with all the mainstream publicity we’re getting; the same thing is starting to happen for our version of 'Mork and Mindy.' We find that our parodies bring in a broad range of consumers; not only the solo buyer, but also a lot of couples and customers looking for something funny and outrageous to put on at a party.”

Available Oct. 25, Lee Roy Myers’ "The Honeymoaners" is a sexy send-up of the beloved Jackie Gleason/Art Carney sitcom from the 1950s. "The Honeymoaners" stars Peter O’Tool as Ralph Kramden, Anthony Rosano as Ed Norton, Kristina Rose as Alice, and Aiden Starr as Trixie. The supporting cast includes Katie St. Ives, Misty Stone, Lily LaBeau, Rocco Reed and Bill B

"Mork & Mindy: A DreamZone Parody," which will be released in December, stars Evan Stone as Mork from Ork, the role originally created by Robin Williams, and award-winning star Chanel Preston as Mindy. The spoof was directed by ex-performer Lizzy Borden, notorious for her work with Extreme Associates.

Posters will be made available with Dreamzone DVD orders. Contact Hasner adam@vantagedist.com for more information.
