LOS ANGELES — Adult performer Eva Karera is taking part in the 27th annual Los Angeles AIDS Walk on Oct. 16.
The yearly event helps to raise money for AIDS Project Los Angeles (APLA) and various other AIDS service organizations.
Karera will be joining other adult stars as part Team Evil Angel. This marks the first year Eva is taking part in the event and she is trilled to be involved.
"I care very much about the search for a cure," Karera said. "Especially being in the adult industry, it's important to be proactive and contribute what we can, even if it's just our time, to this important battle."
The Evil Angel team was one of last year’s Top 20 fundraising groups. This year the team’s goal is $20,000 ($500 from each individual runner).

The 10-kilometer walk will start and end in West Hollywood Park, at the corner of Melrose Avenue and Santa Monica Blvd.
