LOS ANGELES — Exile Distribution has reached an agreement with ATKingdom to distribute an assortment of new DVD lines that are based on the company’s popular amateur websites.
The first title, from the ATKGalleria banner, is called “Coed Debutantes” and stars Madison Spears. The three-hour, 11-scene movie will be shipped on Oct. 5.
Melissa Campos, head of DVD production for ATKingdom, told XBIZ the new deal with Exile does not affect the company’s ongoing relationship with Kick Ass Pictures.
“We are actually starting a new line with Exile which will be completely separate from what we put out with Kick Ass,” Campos said. “We will still continue our relationship with Kick Ass and continue putting out new titles in the lines we have with them currently. With Exile we are creating DVDs modeled after our sites. So instead of the DVD being titled ATKingdom it will actually be titled after the site such as ATKGalleria.com, ATKHairy.com and so forth.”
Exile Distribution co-owner Howard Levine said he has been a fan of ATKingdom’s content for several years.
“I’ve been very aware of their website and I’m not ashamed to admit that I love this stuff,” Levine said.
He said he worked closely with Campos on selecting scenes for the first round of DVD releases and also took an active role in the creation of the box covers, which have been revamped.
“I hand-picked the scenes that were the top scenes off of their website,” Levine continued. “This company’s been around a long time and produces some of the best stuff out there and it all sells really, really well. They have a tremendous amount of content, and they have more content than they have distribution avenues so we are opening up another avenue for their distribution.”
Levine explained that initial plans are to release four ATKingdom titles in October and then increase that to eight in November.
“It’s quite amazing how much content they have, so we’re only scratching the surface,” he said. “They have without a doubt the best hairy girl line in the world and it sells really well. So we’re very excited about our relationship with them.”
Campos added, “I am very excited to work with Howard at Exile. I see this as an added chapter in the book of ATKingdom. Together with Kick Ass and Exile we hope to cover the world in ATKingdom amateur porn.”
