Jesse Jane Named New Host of Playboy’s ‘Night Calls’

LOS ANGELES — Jesse Jane’s Friday nights are booked solid this spring. Playboy TV has signed the Digital Playground exclusive to host the new season of its “Night Calls Live,” beginning with the premiere episode March 10.

Jane and her co-host, Vivid Girl Stefani Morgan, will be joined on the stripper-friendly set by three Déjà Vu club dancers and a live rock band backing.

Guests lined up for the first episode include “Mystery,” who claims to be the world’s greatest pickup artist and is subject of the book “The Game” by Neil Strauss, comedian Sam Tripoli, courtesans from Nevada’s famed Bunny Ranch brothel and the band My Evolution.

This is Jane’s second hosting gig for PlayboyTV, where she also will continue to host the network’s “Naughty Amateur Home Videos.”

“We’re thrilled by the prospect of teaming with Jesse Jane, one of the most high-profile adult stars to cross over into mainstream media,” James Griffiths, president of Playboy Entertainment Group, said. “In 2005, Jesse turned up the sex and energy of our most popular show, ‘Naughty Amateur Home Videos,’ and with ‘Night Calls,’ we’re giving her an even bigger stage to set the network on fire.”

“Night Calls Live” is PlayboyTV’s flagship program and has spawned several spinoffs, including an upcoming Sirius Satellite Radio version to be hosted by Christy Canyon and Ginger Lynn via PlayboyRadio.com. The show is broadcast live every other week at 6 p.m. PT and 9 p.m. ET from Playboy’s Andrita Studios in Los Angeles, then rebroadcast at 10 p.m. on both coasts.
