CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Private Media Group has struck again with another tube site suit over copyright infringement.
After going after SunPorno.com and TubeRip.com on Monday, the adult company sued EskimoTube.com and TJoob.com on Tuesday for poaching and streaming 131 of its copyrighted movies.
EskimoTube.com and TJoob.com are said to be operated by Roland Waterweg of Manila. EskimoTube ranks 2,145 on Alexa, while TJoob ranks 8,089.
The suit, which seeks $19.35 million in damages and an injunction, also names 100 John Does and 100 John Doe companies.
Private, through its Fraserside IP division, now has sued 14 adult entertainment-related tube sites in the past year.
Meanwhile, a Private spokesman told XBIZ that PornVisit.com, one of the tube sites Private has filed suit against, has been down for some time.
