Reality Kings to Acquire Slutload.com

MIAMI — Reality Kings on Monday confirmed that it will acquire Slutload.com for an undisclosed amount.

The deal is expected to close Aug. 31.

Slutload is one of the Internet's top draws, according to Alexa, with a traffic rank of 452. The site is owned by Ryan Milnes.

Miami-based Reality Kings launched in 2000 with its first adult website, CumFiesta.com. It operates numerous well-known brands including MILFHunter.com and 8thStreetLatinas.com, as well as two dozen more membership sites. It also operates the NastyDollars affiliate program and  Reality Kings TV, or RKTV, available on DirecTV and Dish Network.

Details of the deal came about after an email was sent to Slutload advertisers informing them of the acquisition of the site by RK Netmedia, Reality Kings' parent company.

"This acquisition to RK’s already dominant portfolio will certainly increase the power that Slutload already processes," the email read. "Your advertising dollars will be as hard at work as they’ve ever been, as some exciting changes and enhancements are in the plans, and some already in the works."
