CHATSWORTH, Calif. — West Coast Productions has hired Mark Duncan to be its general manager.
Duncan brings an extensive background in marketing and travel to the company and will be working closely with WCP president James Alexander to spearhead strategic changes.
“Obviously DVD businesses are facing some clear challenges these days such as piracy and the reduction of brick and mortar shops,” Duncan said. “While the list could go on and on, as the leading urban adult production company in our industry, we are looking to the future and seizing some exciting opportunities right here, right now.”
Alexander and Duncan are examining new ways to approach the DVD marketplace as West Coast prepares some of its biggest titles of the year and expands its online presence.
“Production quality, star power, and improving our online presence with both WCPClub.com and our brand new mega site, WCPTube.com, are just a few tricks we have up our porn sleeve,” Duncan said. “We always have exciting promotions and specials available but West Coast is focused on the next new release. At WCP, our customers are our highest priority and I welcome any customers to contact me directly.”
A few of the notable titles coming soon are "Black Anal Romance," "Super Anal Cougars," and the new line, "Black Lesbian Romance."
“The first will feature Nyomi Banxxx and Skin Diamond and is going to be a big hit for the fans,” Duncan said. “We are all really excited about it and encourage all to join our mailing list to stay up to date with information about these titles as they become available."
