DETROIT — Gay ethnic adult company Entertainment West Studios on Tuesday said it inked a distribution agreement with Pulse Distribution.
The exclusive worldwide deal, terms of which weren't disclosed, is for DVD and broadcast.
Entertainment West, which opened shop in 2008, bills its "authentic" Detroit porn as "for the people, by the people."
The company's performers are said to "come exclusively from the neighborhoods of Detroit and surrounding cities" and offer "natural hood swagger."
Entertainment West has won several awards at the Blatino and Cybersocket awards shows. It has received numerous nominations at the Urban X Awards, as well as the Blatino Awards.
Mark Hamilton, co-owner of Pulse Distribution said, ‘We are delighted to have formed a partnership with a studio of the caliber of Entertainment West. We are looking forward to a successful relationship in the coming years.”
The deal between the companies is slated to begin in September in conjunction with the release of "Like A Freak 3."
