Dick Chibbles Moves Forward With 'Nightmare on Elm Street' Spoof

LOS ANGELES — Producer/director Dick Chibbles is shooting a parody of "Nightmare on Elm Street" for his company Blue Circus Entertainment.

“This movie has quite a bit of surprises and some big special effects," Chibbles said. “No computer-generated effects here, we’re doing it up just like the original 1984 film."

Chibbles said he is working closely with special effects company Morb-X on the project. Eric Fox of Morb-x recently was chosen to be on the special effects reality show "Face-Off" in September.

"Nightmare on Elm Street XXX: A Hardcore Parody" is the third of the Dick Chibbles Presents series of adult films. He previously released "SAW: A Hardcore Parody" in 2010 and will be rolling out "The Blair Witch Project: A Hardcore Parody" in late August.

“We are going all out on the effects on this movie, after all it is 'Nightmare on Elm Street,'" Chibbles said. “I want the viewers to see real effects and not fake looking computer generation.  There’s something about doing real effects that give a movie more grit and of course legitimacy.”

Chibbles said he approached this project with careful attention to detail to not disappoint the fans of the original.

“Of course everyone knows the story of the most famous Boogey man of late 20th century," he said. "The recent 2010 remake of the film, which in fact did not star the legendary Robert Englund, didn’t really capture the flair of the original. But for those of you who grew up hoping that Freddy wasn’t hiding under your bed this is a porn tribute to the real Krueger fans."

"Nightmare on Elm Street XXX: A Hardcore Parody" will be distributed by Pulse Distribution.
