TAMPA, Fla. — Williams Trading Co. held its first-ever Customer Appreciation Event June 3-5 in Tampa.
This event offered the distributor an opportunity for to introduce its vendors and customers and educate them on the new products in the industry and how best to retail them.
With 24 vendors on hand including Pipedream Products, Doc Johnson, CalExotics, Nasstoys, Topco Sales, Sport Sheets, Coquette, LELO, Evolved Novelties, Empowered Products, Synergy Erotic, Paradise Marketing, The Screaming O, BeaMonstar, Kheper Games and others, the Customer Apreciation Event had 130 attendees plus the Williams Trading staff during the two-day event.
Groups of customers rotated around the grand ballroom at the DoubleTree WestShore Tampa Hotel meeting with each of the vendors. Each vendor presented its product line in a 20-minute demonstration with a question and answer period that followed.
"Our primary goal for this event was to thank our customers for their loyalty throughout the years and to show our appreciation," Williams Trading marketing coordinator Kelly Szwed said.
The Williams' team rounded out the event with a Saturday-night Murder Mystery Dinner Cruise around the Tampa Bay.
"We look forward to visiting another city for a similar type event in the future,” Williams Trading Vice President Bob Pyne Jr. said.
