Private Wages 2nd Suit Against Tube Site Operator

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Private Media Group on Wednesday filed another suit against tube site operator Igor Gens — the second infringement suit he's faced from Private in two days — over claims JizzOnline.com posts its content.

On Monday, Private slapped Gens with a $7.95 million suit over poached content on JizzBo.com, another site he owns. The latest one asks for $7.35 million in damages, plus other damages, as well as the transfer of the domain JizzOnline.com.

The suit filed Wednesday at U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, claims Gens and advertising business partners are offering "a one-stop shop for infringing material" and that Private has recorded at least 49 links pointing to content it owns.

Private also said that their movies have been "viewed over 1 million times, available for months and for some videos, years, on JizzOnline." Some of the Private titles allegedly posted on JizzOnline include "All You Need Is Sex," "Anal Freedom" and "Spread My Lips."

"Defendant Igor Gens and the Doe defendants each know, or have reason to know, that there is no proper license or authority to display and distribute [Private’s] films on defendant’s website and no proper license or authority to or obtain commercial financial gain from such display and distribution," the suit said.

"Defendants uses the website JizzOnline to gather a vast and extensive collection of infringed films to display and distribute."

JizzOnline.com has an Alexa traffic rank of No. 6,901, while JizzBo.com is at No. 26,728.

In the past year, Private aggressively has gone after alleged infringing sites, most of them tube sites, including YouJizz.com, SkimTube.com, EskimoTube.com and Tjoob.com, as well as XonDemand, EmpFlix.com and TnAFlix.com. All of the suits currently are pending.

On Thursday, Chad Belville, Private's attorney, declined comment on both cases to XBIZ.

XBIZ was unable to reach Gens at post time.
