LOS ANGELES — A bidding war is underway for multiple sex tapes featuring an internationally famous celebrity who is being sued for transmitting herpes during the sex acts.
Sex tape broker Kevin Blatt confirmed to XBIZ that YouPorn has offered $1 million for the tapes.
“That is legitimate,” Blatt said.
The lawsuit was filed by an unnamed female plaintiff claiming the celebrity came on to them in Las Vegas, swearing he was STD free. The couple then engaged in “mutual oral copulation, mutual gratification, rubbing and massaging each other, play-wrestling, licking and unprotected intercourse,” the suit said.
Even though Blatt couldn’t comment, he did say that lawsuit seemed speculative.
“There’s a lot of stuff going on in here,” he said.
The unnamed plaintiff claims the celebrity, who reportedly has a net worth of $100 million, transmitted the virus and wants $20 million in punitive damages for sexual battery, fraud, misrepresentation, negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
