Homegrown President Farrell Timlake also was in attendance to help field questions from the standing room only audience. The company’s hit series, "Sex Machines,” includes the original Thrillhammer sex chair which is currently on display in the new high-brow sex museum in New York City.
The machine is one of the pioneering efforts to enable online control of a remote pleasure device.
"We try hard to discover new genres then build brands around them — that is the name of the game these days" Timlake said.
After the book signing, author Timothy Archibald, various inventors and guests attended a party featuring many of the machines in action at the Portland cam studio of Homegrown Video.
