SAN FRANCISCO — MissionControlSF.org is presenting its first-ever online marketing and social media workshop called “What Rock Stars & Porn Stars Know About Online Promotion That You Don’t … But Need To.”
The workshop will be presented by Michael Brandvold, president of Michael Brandvold Marketing and Christopher Buttner, president of PRThatRocks.com.
These two marketing professionals have designed online promotions, marketing and publicity programs for various recording artists such as Kiss, U2, Motley Crüe, Rod Stewart, Madonna, and others to XBIZ Award-nominated adult companies such as Gamelink, Private, Vivid, Kink.com, Playboy, Good Vibrations, The Exotic Erotic Ball and others.
Attendees will learn how to receive press coverage, communicate with journalists, write press releases, identify and pitch media outlets and tips and tactics of website promotion.
