RESEDA, Calif. — Girlfriends Films received the XRCO award for Best Girl on Girl Series for its “Women Seeking Women” series for the second year in a row.
“It’s an incredible honor to receive XRCO’s Best Girl-Girl Series award for a second consecutive year,” said Moose, Girlfriends Films vice president.

XRCO chairman Emeritus Jared Rutter said that it was hardly surprising that Girlfriends Films had a lock on the Best Girl on Girl Series award, because it produces realistic lesbian drama that is appreciated by both, critics and fans.
“Straight and Lesbian adult viewers alike enjoy and appreciate the overall feeling, seduction, plots and non-rushed content of the girl / girl releases from Girlfriend Films,” XRCO co-chairman Bob Krotts said. “This was apparent at the recent 27th annual XRCO Awards show, where their popular flagship series ‘Women Seeking Women’ walked away for the second year in a row with a much-deserved award.”
