LOS ANGELES — Adult performer Sara Jay has announced that she is in the running for five Urban X Awards and a Hall of Fame Award.
The nominations and Hall of Fame Award come on the heels of 2011 nominations by XBIZ for Best MILF Website and a Top 10 finish in the Miss Freeones contest as voted on by fans.
Sara Jay previously won a 2009 UrbanX Award for Best Interracial Performer. Fan voting has just started taking place.
The Urban X Awards are scheduled to take place on July 23 at the 740 Club in Downtown Los Angeles, located at 753 Spring St.
"It is amazing to think that I have been nominated in so many award categories. I owe my longevity in the business to a loyal fan base that have stuck with me and supported what I do,” Jay said. “It is terrific to see the adult industry taking notice of what I am doing. It is great to be nominated even once but to see five categories is extremely flattering. Hopefully I can pick up some hardware!"
She also announced that she is hosting a special benefit party this Friday April 8. Adult performer Kimora Klein was recently hurt in a traffic accident that left her hospitalized and injured.
Sara Jay, along with adult stars Angelina Castro, Karen Kougar, Cameron Keyes, Ms Marshae, Holly Halston, Trina Michaels & others have organized a special benefit for Klein taking place at adult swinger’s lifestyle club, Miami Velvet, located at 3901 NW 77 Ave., in Miami.
