LOS ANGELES — Justine Joli, who is one of the most prolific models and performers in adult during the past decade, has signed on with Rising Star PR for her publicity needs.

Since her debut in 2000 Joli has long been a favorite of photographers and directors, logging thousands of hours doing both solo and girl/girl work.
