Corbin Fisher has identified the IP addresses assigned to the defendants and their ISPs but seeks documents and information in order to identify the pirates, according to the complaint.
Internet Service Provider Time Warner must now pass along subpoenas to its subscribers, who can contest the requests themselves.
U.S. District Judge William Gallo gave Time Warner seven days to attempt quashing the subpoena or to notify the subscribers in question about Corbin Fisher’s investigation.
